Our Straight Rye Whiskey is handcrafted in the Driftless Area of Wisconsin. This region is distinctive from the rest of the world because of the combination of temperature, water, and soil. Its uniqueness allows us to make a matchless expression.
Distilled from 75% rye and aged in new American Oak Barrels, our Rye Whiskey has a spicy complexity, with notes of vanilla and honey. This high rye mash bill of our small batch preserves the grain’s distinct spice, even after years of age in our Wisconsin rackhouse. Caramel and chocolate notes from the malt round out this carefully-formulated batch. We have touched each bottle, so with two thumbs up, share our dream and “Taste the American Spirit.”
